Pickivo Privacy Policy
Summary
- Pickivo is an AI clothing try-on app for Android. Click AI Limited operates it for adults aged 18 and older in the United States.
- We collect your sign-in email, the photos and items you add, the looks we create for you, and records of your credits, purchases, rewarded ads and app use.
- To create a look, our server sends your photo and the item image to AI image generation providers. Smaller copies of your photos and items also go to OpenCode.ai Go, an AI model service, to suggest details such as the type of clothing. These providers handle the data under their own terms.
- Your photos and looks are private to your account. There is no public feed and no public link to your looks.
- We don't sell your photos or looks, and we don't use them for ad targeting, face recognition or training our own AI models.
- Ads appear only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad, and Google's ad software in the app collects device data. Google Play handles payments, and we never see your card number.
- You can remove photos and looks, withdraw your AI consent, change your ad and notification choices, and make privacy requests. See Your choices and rights.
Who we are and what this policy covers
Click AI Limited ("Click AI", "we", "us") operates Pickivo and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers the Pickivo app for Android, our website at pickivo.app, and the emails and notifications we send. Pickivo is offered in English to adults aged 18 and older in the United States.
It doesn't cover the sites and apps of retailers you visit through Buy it, or Google's own services, such as your Google Account and Google Play. They have their own privacy policies.
Our Terms of Service explain the rules for using Pickivo. You can reach us at the addresses in Contact us.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us, information created as you use Pickivo, and information we receive from Google and from retailers.
The table lists what we collect. The sections that follow explain how we use it, who receives it and how long we keep it.
| Category | What we collect | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Your email address: the one you sign in with, or your Google account's email if you use Google sign-in. If you use Google sign-in, also your Google account ID and whether Google has verified your email. An internal account ID, the date you joined, and records of your sign-in sessions, whose tokens we store only as hashes. | You; Google; our service |
| Agreements | Your statement that you're 18 or older and that the photo is of you, and your agreement to AI processing. For each, the version of the notice, when you agreed and, if you withdraw, when you withdrew. | You |
| Photos of you | Your front full-body photo and any optional back and side photos, including the resized copies we make. For each photo, the suggested framing (for example, full body or half body) and any framing you choose. | You; OpenCode.ai Go (suggestions) |
| Items | Item photos or screenshots you upload. Product links you share or paste, and the product ID each one points to. The product title, color, image, price and rating we read from Amazon or SHEIN. The clothing category and type you confirm, and suggested short titles and clothing types. | You; retailers and a product data service; OpenCode.ai Go (suggestions) |
| Try-ons and looks | The try-ons you confirm: the item, the category, the views and adjustments you choose, including any text you type. Price quotes, the images we create and their thumbnails, versions, favorites, status and timing, and adjustment suggestions. Which AI provider created each image and what it cost us. | You; our service; AI providers |
| Credits and purchases | Your credit balance and history: credits you received, used, and those that expired or were returned. For Google Play purchases: the order ID, product, price and currency, dates, subscription status and refund status, the purchase token (stored encrypted) and a one-way hash of it. | Google Play; our service |
| Rewarded ads | The ad offers you start, Google's confirmation of each completed ad (transaction ID, ad unit and time), your progress toward a credit, the credits issued, and the revenue estimate the ad software reports for each ad you watch. | Google AdMob; the app |
| Device and notifications | Your device's notification token, app version, device language, device model, time zone and whether notifications are allowed, for up to five devices. Which reminder and news notifications you opened. | The app; Firebase Cloud Messaging |
| Activity | The days you used the app, and your approximate country, which our hosting provider derives from your IP address. Milestones, such as your first front photo, first try-on and first save or share. How many try-ons and images you've created. When we showed you the rating prompt (we never see your rating). Whether all of your notification tokens have stopped working, which suggests the app may have been uninstalled. | The app; our service; Cloudflare |
| Reports, feedback and support | Reports you send with Report this result (the reason, an optional note and the result concerned). Messages you send with Send feedback, with your app version. Emails you send us and anything you attach. | You |
| Security and technical | When you ask for a sign-in or account deletion code: keyed hashes of your email address and IP address, a keyed hash of the code, the number of attempts and the expiry time. Your IP address and other connection details, and our request and error logs. | The app; your browser; our service; Cloudflare |
What we don't collect
- We don't ask for your name, date of birth, gender, phone number or postal address. If you use Google sign-in, we keep only your Google account ID and email address, not your Google name or profile picture.
- We don't collect your precise location or your contacts.
- The app uses Android's photo picker or camera only when you choose to add a photo, and it receives only the photos you pick. It doesn't need access to your whole photo library.
- The app reads your clipboard only when you tap Paste a link.
- Apart from Google's ad software, described in Rewarded ads and your ad choices, the app doesn't include third-party analytics or ad-attribution software.
Photos and screenshots can contain more than you intend: your face and body, your surroundings, or other information visible on a screen. Add only images you're comfortable with us processing as this policy describes, and leave out other people and personal details.
Your photos and AI processing
We use your photos only to create, show and manage the try-ons you ask for, and we send them to outside AI services only for that purpose.
Before you add a photo
Before you upload a personal photo or create a try-on, the app asks you to check two separate boxes: I'm 18 or older and this is me and I agree to AI processing. Neither box is checked in advance. Uploading item photos also requires these agreements.
If you don't agree, you can still browse the sample items, read our policies and sign out, but you can't upload photos or create try-ons. We record the version and time of each agreement. Your age statement is your own declaration: we don't estimate your age or verify your identity from your photos.
Your photos and item photos
You add one front full-body photo, which is used for every new try-on, and you can add optional back and side photos. You can also upload a photo or screenshot of a clothing item. We store each of these in private storage linked to your account.
When you upload an image, our server converts it to a standard format, makes smaller copies for display and removes embedded metadata, such as location and camera details.
What we send to AI image generation providers
Looks are created by AI image generation providers: an API service that gives us access to AI image models, and the model providers it uses to run them. We send them nothing until you confirm a try-on. Then our server sends:
- For a front try-on: your front photo, the item image, and instructions that include the item's category, title and color.
- For back and side views: the front result you chose and the item image.
- For an adjustment: the result you're adjusting, the item image, the item's category, title and color, and the adjustment you chose or typed.
We don't send them your email address, your account ID, your sign-in tokens or the product link. The image they create comes back to our server, and we save it in your private storage.
What we send to OpenCode.ai Go for suggestions
We use OpenCode.ai Go, an AI model service (model: deepseek-v4.1-flash), to fill in suggestions that you can always change. If a suggestion fails, you simply choose yourself. Our server sends it:
- A smaller copy of each personal photo you add, to suggest how the photo is framed, for example full body or half body.
- A smaller copy of each item photo you upload, to suggest what type of clothing it is.
- For items imported from Amazon or SHEIN: the retailer's title and color, which store the item is from, and a smaller copy of the product image, to create a short title and suggest the clothing type. This contains no information about you.
- When you open Adjust: the item's category, type and short title, the view, and any adjustment already applied to that image, to suggest adjustments. Your photo and the result image aren't sent for this.
We don't send OpenCode.ai Go your email address, account details or the product link. The suggestions are about the photo's framing or about the clothing. We don't use them, or your photos, to estimate your identity, age, gender, body measurements or size.
How these providers handle your data
The AI providers above process the images and text we send on their own systems, under their own terms and privacy policies. We decide what to send and send only what each task needs. They may apply their own safety checks and may decline a request.
We don't control how long these providers keep the data, or whether they use it for their own purposes, such as improving their services, and this policy doesn't make promises on their behalf. Their systems may be in the United States or in other countries.
Deleting a photo, a look or your account in Pickivo, or withdrawing your consent, doesn't recall images or text a provider has already received.
If we change providers in a way that means a new company will receive your photos, we'll update this policy and ask for your agreement again first.
What we don't do with your photos
- We don't use your photos or looks for ad targeting, and we don't share them with advertisers.
- We don't use them to recognize or verify who you are, and we don't create face templates or other biometric identifiers from them.
- We don't use them to train our own AI models.
- We don't use them in our advertising or marketing.
- We don't sell them.
Who can see your photos and looks
Your photos and looks are private to your account. Pickivo has no public feed, public profile or shareable web link for looks. A look goes to other people or apps only when you choose Save or Share.
A small number of authorized Click AI staff can view account information, photos and looks in our internal tools when this is needed to answer a support request, review a reported result, investigate misuse or fix a problem. We record certain staff actions, such as viewing a look or adjusting credits, in audit logs.
Withdrawing your AI consent
You can withdraw your agreement to AI processing at any time at You → Settings → Privacy → AI photo processing. If you can't use the app, email privacy@pickivo.app.
After you withdraw, you can't start new try-ons or add new photos until you agree again, and we stop sending your private photos for suggestions. You can still view, save and compare your existing looks.
Withdrawing doesn't delete your photos or looks; you can delete them separately. It also doesn't stop a try-on you already confirmed. To stop one that hasn't started, cancel it from its look page.
Items, product links and shopping
When you share or paste a product link, our server reads public product information from the retailer, and it doesn't send the retailer any information about you.
- Amazon: our server sends the product ID (ASIN) to a product data service that reads public Amazon product information. It receives the product's title, main image, current color, price and rating. For an a.co short link, our server first asks Amazon where the link leads. We then download the main image from Amazon's image server.
- SHEIN: our server reads the SHEIN share page your link points to, without cookies or account information, and downloads the product image from SHEIN's image server.
These requests don't include your photos, email address or account details.
Product details and images we read from a retailer go into a shared product cache, so the same item doesn't have to be fetched again when someone else imports it. The cached details don't say who imported an item, and the cache never includes your link, your screenshots or your photos. Your own import record, including the link you shared, stays private to your account, which keeps a private reference to the cached item for as long as you need it.
A link you share may contain tracking codes that the store added. We keep the link as you shared it so that Buy it can open it. Prices and ratings are shown with the date we read them.
Before you sign in, links and images you prepare stay on your device. We don't fetch the product or upload any image until you sign in.
Buy it
If you tap Buy it, the original product link opens in your browser or the retailer's app. Anything that happens there, including a purchase, delivery or return, is between you and the retailer and is covered by the retailer's own privacy policy and terms. Pickivo doesn't receive information about what you do on the retailer's site.
Save and Share
If you tap Save, the image is saved to your phone's photo library, and Android may ask you for permission first. If you tap Share, the image goes to the app or person you pick in Android's share menu. These copies are outside Pickivo, and we can't delete them.
How we use information
We use information to run Pickivo for you, keep it safe and understand how it's working.
- Provide the service. Create and secure your account; store your photos and items; import products; create, store and show your looks; keep your credit balance; and send sign-in codes and notifications.
- Suggestions. Suggest photo framing, clothing types, short titles and adjustments, which you can change.
- Credits, purchases and rewards. Verify purchases and subscriptions with Google Play; add, use, expire and return credits; apply refunds and reversals reported by Google Play; restore purchases; cancel a subscription renewal when you ask us to; and verify rewarded ads and apply daily limits.
- Safety and security. Protect accounts, limit abuse of sign-in codes, verify deletion requests, prevent fraud involving purchases and ad rewards, review reported results and enforce our Terms.
- Run and improve Pickivo. Produce statistics such as daily users, first try-ons, imports, revenue and AI costs; monitor reliability and our providers; fix problems; and estimate whether the app has been uninstalled when all of an account's notification tokens stop working.
- Communicate with you. Answer support requests and feedback, and send the notifications described in Notifications.
- Legal. Meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
We don't use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. We may keep aggregate statistics, such as daily totals, that don't identify you.
Rewarded ads and your ad choices
Pickivo shows ads only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn credits, and Google provides those ads.
- An ad plays only after you tap to watch it. There are no banner ads, no ads between screens and no ads while a look is being created. You never have to watch an ad to use Pickivo.
- Google's ad software (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) starts after the app opens, where Google's consent rules allow, and it may collect data even if you never watch an ad. This can include your device's advertising ID and app set ID, your IP address (from which an approximate location can be derived), your interactions with ads, and diagnostic information.
- When you start a rewarded ad, we give Google your internal Pickivo account ID and a random reference for that ad offer, so that Google can confirm to our server that you finished the ad. We don't give Google your email address or your photos.
- The ad software also reports an estimated revenue value for each ad you watch. We store it to measure revenue, and it never affects your credits.
- Where required, Google's consent message appears before ads are shown.
Your ad choices
- In the app: go to You → Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. If Google's consent tools offer choices for your location, this opens Google's form, where you can review or change them. If no choices are offered, the app tells you so, and you can use the next option.
- In Android settings: delete your advertising ID. Apps that ask for it then receive only zeros, so it can no longer be used to personalize ads. The setting is usually under Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device.
- By email: write to privacy@pickivo.app if you need help opting out, including opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising under your state's law.
Purchases and subscriptions
Google Play processes all payments for Pickivo. We receive records of your purchases, but never your card number or other payment details.
- When you buy credits or Pickivo Plus, the app gives Google Play your internal Pickivo account ID so that the purchase is linked to your account. Your email address isn't used for this.
- Our server checks each purchase with Google Play before adding credits. We store the order ID, product, price and currency, purchase date, and information about your subscription's status, renewal, grace period, cancellation and refunds.
- We store the purchase token that Google Play issues in encrypted form while we need it to verify, acknowledge, restore or cancel the purchase. We also keep a one-way hash of it so that the same purchase can't be credited twice.
- Google Play tells our server when your subscription changes, for example when it renews, is cancelled or is refunded.
- Google handles your payment details under its own policies.
Notifications
We send notifications about your try-ons, and also free-credit reminders and news unless you turn them off. You control both in Android settings.
- The first time you wait for a try-on, the app offers Notify me. If you tap it, Android asks for permission.
- To deliver notifications, the app sends our server your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging token, with your app version, device language, device model, time zone and whether notifications are allowed. We keep this for up to five devices per account.
- There are two kinds: Generation results, and Reminders and news. Reminders include free-credit reminders after you've been away and occasional news, such as new sample items. When you open a reminder or news notification while signed in, we record that you opened it.
- You can turn off either kind, or all notifications, in Android settings. You → Settings → Notifications takes you there. Turning notifications off doesn't affect your try-ons.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account exists and you haven't deleted it, and after account deletion we keep only a small set of records that we need for accounting, security and legal reasons.
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Account, sign-in and agreement records | Until you delete your account. A session you sign out of stops working right away. |
| Your personal photos | Until you replace or delete them, or delete your account. If a try-on in progress still needs a replaced or deleted photo, we delete the photo after that try-on finishes. Your existing looks don't depend on old photos. |
| Item photos and imported item images in your account | While they're needed for a price quote you haven't used yet, a try-on in progress, or a look you haven't deleted. After that, we aim to delete them within three days. |
| Shared product cache | The cached details don't say who imported an item. We read a product again for new imports after 7 days. We delete cached product details and images 30 days after we read them, or later if a look still uses them. Your account's reference to a cached item is removed once you no longer need the item. |
| Looks, including all views and adjustments | Until you delete the look or your account. |
| Looks saved on your phone | The app keeps recent looks in its private storage on your phone (up to about 300 MB, least recently viewed removed first) so they load quickly and work offline. They're removed when you delete the look, sign out or delete your account. On another phone, this happens the next time it connects. |
| Credits and credit history | Until you delete your account. Remaining credits are lost when you delete your account. |
| Device and notification data | Until you sign out on that device or delete your account. We keep at most five devices per account. |
| Activity, milestones, notification opens, reports, in-app feedback and ad revenue estimates | Until you delete your account. |
| Sign-in and deletion code records | Deleted automatically about one day after they're created. |
| Records kept after account deletion | Purchase and order records, subscription cancellation events and purchase-token hashes; Google's ad reward confirmations; records of each try-on (date, type, where the item came from and its product ID, status, number of images, AI provider and cost); staff audit logs; and a minimal record that the account existed and was deleted. These are linked to an internal ID, not to your email address or photos, but they aren't anonymous. We keep them for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, refunds, fraud prevention, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. When they're no longer needed for these purposes, we delete them or remove their link to your account. |
| Emails you send us | As long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of it. Emails are stored separately from your account, so deleting your account doesn't delete them automatically. You can ask us to delete them. |
| Technical logs | For a short period set by our hosting provider, to run and secure the service. |
| Recovery copies | Database records we delete can remain for a limited time in our hosting provider's recovery copies. We use those copies only to restore the service after a failure. |
| Copies held by AI providers | Under the providers' own terms. See Your photos and AI processing. |
What happens when you delete something
- A photo: it's no longer used for new try-ons and is deleted from storage, except while a try-on in progress still needs it. Deleting photos doesn't delete your looks or item images.
- A look: the whole look is deleted, including all of its views and adjustments. You can no longer open it, and we then delete its files from storage. Credits spent on it aren't returned.
- Your account: the account closes right away, and we aim to delete your photos, looks and other personal data from our active systems within 24 hours, keeping only the records listed above. Your choices and rights explains how this works.
How we protect information
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
- The app and our website connect to our service over HTTPS.
- Photos, item images and looks are kept in private storage. Before returning an image, our server checks your session and that the image belongs to you.
- Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored as hashes, and purchase tokens are encrypted.
- Our logs are designed to leave out sign-in codes, tokens, full purchase tokens, private image links and image contents.
- The keys we use to access our providers stay on our servers and aren't included in the app.
- Access to user data is limited to authorized staff who need it, and certain staff actions are recorded.
You sign in to Pickivo with your email or your Google account, so keep both secure. If you think someone has accessed your Pickivo account without permission, contact support@pickivo.app.
Your choices and rights
You can manage most of your information yourself in the app, and you can email us for anything else.
In the app
- Your photos: in You, tap a photo under Your photos to open My photos. There you can replace or delete a photo, or use Delete all photos.
- Your looks: open a look in My Looks, tap More, then Delete look.
- AI consent: You → Settings → Privacy → AI photo processing.
- Ads: You → Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices, or the other options in Rewarded ads and your ad choices.
- Notifications: You → Settings → Notifications.
- Credits: tap your balance in You to see your credits, what expires next and your history.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app at You → Settings → Privacy → Delete account. For your security, the app may ask you to sign in again first.
You can also delete it without the app at pickivo.app/delete-account. Enter the email address of your account (for Google sign-in, the email of that Google account), then the 6-digit code we email to you.
- Your account closes right away: your sign-in sessions end, your private images can no longer be viewed, and try-ons that haven't started are stopped. Try-ons already sent for processing finish first and are then deleted.
- We aim to delete your photos, looks and other personal data from our active systems within 24 hours. A try-on still in progress or a pending Google Play action can make it take longer.
- Deletion can't be undone, and remaining credits are lost.
- Deleting your account doesn't refund purchases. It also doesn't cancel your subscription unless you choose Also cancel my subscription renewal in Google Play when you delete. If you don't choose it, or the cancellation doesn't go through, cancel in Google Play to avoid further charges.
- We keep the records listed in How long we keep information.
- Once deletion is complete, you can sign up again with the same email address or Google account, but your old photos, looks and credits don't come back.
If you can't use either option, email privacy@pickivo.app from the email address of your account.
Your rights under U.S. state privacy laws
Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of the rights below. We handle requests as required by the law that applies to you.
- Know and access. Ask what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we use it and who receives it, and ask for a copy.
- Correct. Ask us to correct personal information that's wrong.
- Delete. Ask us to delete personal information about you. You can also delete photos, looks and your account yourself, as described above.
- Portability. Ask for the personal information you gave us in a commonly used electronic format.
- Opt out. Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. See Rewarded ads and your ad choices.
- Sensitive information. We use sensitive information, such as photos that show your face and body, only to provide and secure the service, and not to infer characteristics about you.
- Appeal. If we decline your request, you can appeal our decision.
- Equal treatment. We won't refuse you the service, charge you a different price or give you a lower-quality service because you used these rights.
In the terms some state laws use, the information described in Information we collect includes identifiers (such as your email address, account IDs, device tokens and IP address), commercial information (your credits and purchases), visual information (photos and looks), internet or other electronic activity (how you use the app and ads), approximate location (your country), and other information you send us, such as feedback. We collect it from the sources, use it for the purposes, and disclose it to the recipients described in this policy.
How to make a request
- Email privacy@pickivo.app from the email address you use with Pickivo and tell us what you're asking for.
- We need to confirm that the request comes from you, usually by checking that you control the email address of your account. We use the information you give us for this only to verify your request.
- Someone you authorize can make a request for you. We'll ask for proof of your permission and may ask you to confirm the request yourself.
- We respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. If we need more time and the law allows it, we'll tell you.
- If we decline all or part of a request, we'll explain why. To appeal, reply to our answer or email privacy@pickivo.app with the subject "Privacy appeal". If you're not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you can contact your state's attorney general.
Children
Pickivo is only for adults aged 18 and older and isn't directed to children.
Before you add a photo, you confirm that you're 18 or older and that the photo is of you. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Don't upload photos of children.
If you believe a person under 18 is using Pickivo, or that we have a minor's information, email privacy@pickivo.app. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll take steps to close it and delete its information.
Where information is processed
Click AI and our service providers may store and process your information in the United States and in other countries.
Our service runs on Cloudflare's network, which handles requests in data centers in many countries. AI providers process data on their own systems, and we don't control where those systems are.
Information stored in another country is subject to that country's laws, and its courts, law enforcement and other authorities may be able to access it.
Changes to this policy
We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date at the top.
If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If we plan to send your photos to a new recipient or use them for a new purpose, we'll ask for your agreement again first.
